1. Eligibility

To use Modern Marriage Bureau, you must:

• ›Be at least 18 years of age
• ›Have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• ›Not be a person barred from using our services under applicable law
• ›Have a genuine intention to seek a matrimonial partner

2. Account Terms

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You may not create more than one account, use automated tools to create profiles, or impersonate another person. Each account is personal and non-transferable.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• ✗Harass, stalk, threaten, or intimidate any member
• ✗Post false, misleading, or fraudulent profile information
• ✗Use the platform for commercial solicitation, advertising, or escort services
• ✗Scrape, harvest, or collect data from other users without consent
• ✗Send unsolicited bulk messages or spam
• ✗Attempt to solicit money or financial information from other members

Violations may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans (Glow and Forever) are billed monthly or annually in advance. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. A 7-day money-back guarantee applies to your first subscription purchase only.

7. Limitation of Liability

Modern Marriage Bureau is a platform connecting people — we do not guarantee successful matches, relationships, or marriages. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Modern Marriage Bureau shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

8. Disputes & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any dispute shall first be submitted to binding arbitration under JAMS rules before pursuing litigation. Class action waiver applies. EU/UK users retain the right to bring claims before their local courts under applicable consumer protection law.
