Click "Get Started" on the homepage and follow our guided 5-step profile builder. You'll add your basic information, lifestyle preferences, family background, what you're looking for in a partner, and upload at least one verified photo. The process takes about 10 minutes.
To receive a Verified badge, you'll need to submit a government-issued ID (passport, national ID, or driver's license) and complete a short selfie video liveness check. Our team reviews submissions within 24 hours. Verified profiles appear higher in match recommendations.
Yes β our Spark plan is completely free and lets you create a profile, browse up to 20 profiles per day, and receive interests from other members. To send interests, access AI compatibility reports, and unlock messaging, you'll want our Glow ($29/month) or Forever ($79/month) plan.
Go to Settings β Match Preferences. You can set age range, height, location radius, religion, education, and over 20 additional lifestyle filters. Your AI match score is calculated against these preferences, but we also surface high-compatibility profiles slightly outside your filters.
π€ Account & Profile
Navigate to My Profile from your dashboard sidebar. Click the Edit button on any section β About Me, Photos, Lifestyle, Family Background, or Partner Preferences. Changes save instantly and your profile is re-ranked in the match algorithm within 2 hours.
Yes. Go to Settings β Privacy β Profile Visibility and toggle "Pause my profile." Your existing conversations are unaffected; you simply won't appear in new searches or recommendations until you reactivate. Forever plan members can also enable Incognito Mode to browse without appearing in others' "who viewed me" lists.
Go to Settings β Account β Delete Account. You'll be asked to confirm and optionally provide feedback. Your data is permanently deleted within 30 days in compliance with GDPR. Active subscriptions must be cancelled before deletion to avoid charges.

Our compatibility engine analyses 40+ dimensions including personality traits (from your profile answers), lifestyle alignment, values and faith, family goals, communication style, and behavioral signals from your app usage. Each match receives a 0β100% compatibility score. The algorithm improves the more you interact β accepting/passing profiles teaches it your true preferences.
A few things can help: (1) Complete your profile to 100% β incomplete profiles get 60% fewer recommendations. (2) Add more photos β profiles with 4+ photos get 3Γ more interest. (3) Broaden your preference filters slightly. (4) Use a Profile Boost (available in Glow and Forever plans) to appear at the top of searches for 24 hours.
Yes. Under Search β Filters you can filter by religion (Muslim, Hindu, Sikh, Christian, Jewish, Buddhist, and more), sub-community (e.g. Sunni, Shia, Hanafi; Brahmin, Rajput, etc.), and regional background. These filters are optional β many members prefer to keep them broad to discover compatible people across communities.
π¬ Messaging & Calls
First, send an Interest to a profile you like (Glow and Forever plans). If they accept, a chat thread opens automatically. Our AI will suggest personalized icebreakers based on shared interests between you both. You can also write your own opening message.
Yes β in-app voice and video calling is available on Glow and Forever plans, once both parties have mutually accepted each other's interest. Calls are end-to-end encrypted. You can also blur your video background for privacy during early conversations.
Absolutely. Tap the three-dot menu (β―) on any message or profile and select Report. Choose the reason (inappropriate content, harassment, suspected fake, etc.) and add a note. Our moderation team reviews all reports within 4 hours. You can also immediately Block the user from the same menu.
